As Pengwee prepares for a fun packed day at the Ice Festival, he is both excited and a little anxious. Thinking about big rides makes Pengwee feel like there are snowstorms in his tummy and clouds in his head. And the biggest ride of all is the Ice Monster, which Pengwee's best friend Ruby wants Pengwee to ride with her.
Through Pengwee's adventure in overcoming his fears, children learn that simple breathing techniques can change the way they experience the world. Basic concepts of mindfulness for kids and breathing techniques to calm children. Ages 3-7.

Debbie Nutley is a yogi and writer who loves kids. She began a personal path of yoga and meditation out of curiosity and it soon became a lifestyle. Debbie became a certified meditation instructor and then turned her focus to young minds, becoming trained to teach mindfulness to children. Debbie has a large extended family with a cadre of kids. They both tire and inspire her. Although her stories include family experiences, names and species are changed to protect the innocent.
