I purchased a month ago and just added larger nvme. This is a fantastic computer. The screen is very clear and does not have the glossy reflective screen that my old laptop had. The computer is not too heavy and is fast. The battery lasts too. I wish the sound was a little louder.

This laptop is excellent. It has a large, high-quality screen and outstanding battery life. I installed Linux Mint as a second OS for daily use, and all drivers work perfectly. After a month of use, I have no complaints.

Still setting up the machine in the office (part-time) but so far it is performing well. Software loading seamlessly and syncing with previous machines was handled very well. Should all be complete next week once I have the cables to run on two screens (USB-C to VGA).

As a person who needs to keep different applications open at the same time especially browsers with lots of tabs, this laptop with an additional 16GB memory, is a great option. it's also lightweight enough

Great laptop for the price. My mum loves it as it is responsive, reliable and sleek.

Can't go past these Pro books for business, very fast and great hard drive size.

Excellent for office work

I returned the first one after loading it all up and then the laptop asked to update the Bios. It went through an update and then locked up in a black screen with the fan running at top speed for 5 hours till I shut it off. I took it back and they said a motherboard or SSD or windows or ?
