I have shin splints & Plantar fashiitis. I'm a nurse so I'm on my feet for long hours. These are the absolute best shoes! I won't wear anything else to work. I buy 2 pairs at a time so I can swap them out each day and give them time to air out & decompress. They seem to last longer this way.

I used to exclusively wear Kayanos but they’ve been hit or miss the last few years. The 27’s were great and the 28’s were shorter and wider but once I broke them in they worked for me. The 30’s are a completely different design and I’m on the fence about the style and fit.

Love these. They come in widths and the wide fits me perfectly. Maximum cushion makes me faster on long runs. They do lack a little rebound but after 20 miles that is improving. I wear a 12 wide. As much cushion as a max Hoka but a nice big toe box unlike a Hoka along with a snug heel. And..

Pros: cushion feels nice after a few miles, three widths, faster than it seems

Cons: 10.7 oz, So much cushion it seems to lack rebound, giving it a clunky feeling

Very comfortable shoe. I'm a bigger guy and have some feet and knee issues. These shoes feel great on the tread mill or walking trails etc.....

I ruptured my plantar fascia last year and my pt recommended either these or another specific type and brand for my healing. I tried both types on and new immediately these were the ones. They have made a huge difference for me. I now own 8 pairs of them. After all you need all the colors.

I replaced my Kayano 28’s with these, and while they are comfortable overall, the back of the heel comes up significantly higher than the 28’s (I measured). This caused heel chafe, even after adding an insert. Also, I usually wear a 9 but have to size up to 9.5 in these, even before the insert.

The shoe runs small so make sure you test and wear around the house a lot before hitting your road run practices and races. I will not wear these for a race but will use for training. I’m wearing an 11 and have worn both 11 and 11.5 in Adidas brand with great race results.

Very comfortable and stylish. I had bought another brand as well to see which I like better for walking. I have Achilles pain and needed a more supportive shoe as I walk 2-3 miles a day. I have to say the Gel- Kayano 30 was by far the most comfortable and I have less pain after walking.
