The phone was great until the battery percentage wouldn't go above 1%. I would charge it and it would last as long as a full battery charge would but I couldn't use my flashlight or backup my phone or evem mobile pay because it thought it was at 1%. And there was no way to fix it.

It was easy to move from Huawei to Samsung, really easy to navigate, speedy and good-looking. Disappointed though in lack of sharpness to photos, but that's me, am mad about sharp photos and I can't afford a more expensive model that will give me that. Just my input.

I have spent 4 hours on the phone with my provider and still have problems . In the house I use VoIP so its not the towers. People only get parts of my conversation or I disappear completely.

It's a pretty darn good phone/computer. It's fast, has plenty of RAM and storage. The colors are very vivid, the sound is good not great. The one thing I am upset about is the screen. The screen viewable area doesn't extend to the edges of the phone like every other phone I've owned did.

Love this phone! Had it for a couple of months now. Battery gets me through the day, even with heavy use. Fantastic camera and all the features I need. I had an issue in the beginning with it unlocking by itself in my pocket. It was resolved by turning off the always-on display.

The A25 5g phone has too many useless pre-installed apps that can't be un-installed and don't work properly. It makes the phone harder to navigate and use the apps independently from the factory installed apps.
