I read many books, and spoke to many people, but to no avail. I could not get the information that I needed to make sound decisions. I found this very frustrating. I was a Mortgage Broker and a Real Estate Broker in the United States. I needed real knowledge to have a clear understanding of what this move entailed. I wanted answers to my many questions. That is what motivated me to write this book. It will help you to understand the process better, and then you can make this move successfully. This is probably one of the biggest moves of your life! It was for me! It will also be helpful to ones that are just planning a visit. It explains many things about the local culture and the people that live in this wonderful place. I am excited to share this knowledge that I have obtained about this country. Costa Rica, is a country I have come to love!
