I have this laptop for work I work in the IT field. Its been great, I've had it since Nov.2015. I upgraded it to the i7 16GB of Ram and 256 SSD. It is blazing fast! Starts up to log on in less than 30 seconds. For a full size keyboard laptop, it is very light and thin.

This laptop performs well, is light and durable, has a decent display, and runs programs just fine... but I would not buy it again for one simple reason: the touch pad. If you have large hands, or do not hold a perfect typing posture, you will find yourself very frustrated.

I like it very much but the fan is making noises. I call Dell and the will fix it.

Great little laptop, does everything I need it to do.

Works perfectly in my E5270 with an M.2 NVMe SSD. Huge battery life. Remember, the E5270 can take two different battery sizes. This is the larger size, and you cannot fit a 2.5" SATA SSD when you use this battery - you need to use an M.2 SATA or NVMe SSD.

NYComp is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. My laptop had a fatal error on the hard drive and I lost every program. Thank God I had it backed up! However, I need the code for my office software and NYComp was of no help. They tell me to call Dell and Dell tells me to call NYComp.

Wireless adapter does not work. The function keys do not work. The operating system that is installed on the laptop is not the same as the CD included in the box. Very disappointed. Returning the laptop for a refund.

What you see is what you get. It's a commercial grade, dockable notebook of great build quality, especially for the price. It is 100% as advertised. Don't let the review with a complaint about the trackpad discourage you.
