These headphones are just okay. Had to download the JBL app to get the best sound out of them. They do slip off and I have tried using the different sizes that come with the product. I like the way they turn on and off, but that is about it. I give it three stars since I cannot give it 2.5.

Cons: Not very loud, slip off easily especially when sweating. Bought these for working out so would assume they are gear towards active people.

JBL could learn a thing or two about ease of use and intuitive operation from Apple. While the device is technically quite functional, the user guide and 'quick start' documentation for the earbuds are clunky and complicated.

great sound, comfortability, usable microphones. ambient noise and voice talk through work great. only issue is customizable controls only give you 3 options: playback, voice passthrough, volume. And you can only choose 2 of the 3 which are controlled via the earpiece touch.

I’m happy that the units stay in place however I’m really disappointed that it doesn’t come with additional earbuds of different sizes. The wind noises because of the poor bud fit makes it difficult to hear and because of that I’m only giving it a 3 star.

If you really love deep rich bass. These arent for you. I understand that an in the ear bud may not have as great bass quality as an over the ear headphone but these sound almost like tin cans. Now, if you are out running and need to hear around you these would be good.

The app idea is cool & nice you can program/modify per ear. Sound good for music/ video listening. Different options for listening,but won’t connect phone calls

I purchased these around a month ago, and they have been everything they say they are! Love the new features they have compared to the JBL Endurance Peak 2. I seem to be having a problem with changing the song via the headset, but other than that, consider me another satisfied customer!
