I bought these because I was in need of new headphones and I love JBL speakers. However, I’m surprisingly disappointed with the product. The sound quality is great but the tapping features to pause/play/skip etc do not work, I eventually give up and have to use my phone to do any of that.

The best set I've had so far, the price is incredible, high-quality item for a fraction of the price of "the good ones". I've had mine for almost a year now and still love it! 100% recommended!

I needed a cheap pair while I waited for a surgery across the street. The did the job and sounded better than I would have expected.

I’ve used these for a few days now and so far they seem fine. They sound good, the app is easy to use, the battery life is ok. However there is no lid to the case. So if you drop it or carry it in a bag or pocket or even clip them on something, there’s a good chance you’ll lose one or both earbuds.

I love the sound of these ear buds. I have use them at night while going to bed, and I have used it in a crowded area. The best part about the ear buds is if you download the JBL app you can change the sound to how you like to hear your music. Example vocal, bass, jazz, super bass.

They are constantly falling out of my ears, they have short moments where they skip, heard to hear people when on the phone, there are buttons that are not labeled causing them to be hard to use. The only good thing is they are loud when playing music. I really want to return them.

Was needing some ear pods to help with listening to foreign movies. The value was worth the purchased. Simple Bluetooth recognition.

I think this might just be preference. But I dislike the touch pad. It doesn't have a button. Idk. I mean it works good enough. But I wear it under my headband and my finger doesn't connect for some reason. The jbl headphones I had before had buttons so I could easily click or tap twice and skip.

These are too bulky and fall out of my ears constantly. I have to press them in to hear, and that causes the touch activated controls to pause or change volume which is irritating. The buds fall out of their case sometimes due to being open without a lid. I don't enjoy these.
