I really think this is the best bluetooth speaker for the fact you can change the battery one day when it no longer charges. The sound is awesome. The JBL app has a 5 band equalizer. A big improvement over others.

Pros: Battery life, replaceable Battery, impressive sound, pair 2 for stero. Very sturdy.

Cons: Maybe a little pricy.

Great output, pairs quickly. Just small enough to be portable with the strap included. Good price.

Overall: Recommended! Great product for taking your music with you with high fidelity quality and great high and low end reproduction. I was looking for a new speaker and was going back and forth between JBL and Bose. I have always been a Bose guy but this speaker is so clear, clear, and sharp I most likely will be a long time customer. I love having the carry strap just wish it had a smaller handle too. Still five stars.

I have had my extreme 4 for approximately one month and the sound just amazes me. The speaker has the deep rich signature JBL sound that JBL speakers are known for. The louder the speaker the better it sounds, my football tailgates are so much better with this speaker!

The JBL speaker is really nice! It works seamlessly with a Bluetooth connection. When it’s charged, the play time is long - we have not ran out of battery yet. I’m guessing about 24 hours of playtime. It is IP68 waterproof. The speaker has subwoofers on each end and the sound comes out all around.

One of the best portable speakers that I've owned. Between the app that provides more settings to the sound quality, it's amazing. I've used this outside when working cleaning up the backyard and around the garage when working, and the bass is amazing for such a small speaker.
