This is the 2nd pair of JBL speakers I have purchased (the first were the Charge 4 a few years ago which were starting to shut off for no reason even when being charged) I am really loving these! More bass response. I stream music using Pandora when i am out side.

Pros: Sound excellent for what they are. Battery life is great.

Cons: Cant use EQ in party mode

I like jbl. I previously owned the Charge 4. The battery lasted longer on the 4 than the 5. Also you HAVE to use Bluetooth on the Charge 5. I missed the option of using the wired input rather than HAVING to use Bluetooth. The battery lasts longer using the wired input.

All things considered, this relatively small speaker sounds great. Get the JBL app to keep the software current. There is also an equalizer on the app. Despite its size, there is a certain 'tightness' to the bass. No it's not equivalent to a large tower speaker, but all things considered, not bad.

The sound quality for this is outstanding to my ears! If you want mobile sound that is small and easy to transport then this JBL will work for you.

I bought this 3 weeks ago. The sound is awesome. However when the main reasons I have a Bluetooth speaker is for being able to take calls on my phone through it. I was able to do that the first two weeks I had it but now nothing in relation to hearing my calls through the speaker.

Meets my expectations. The sound level and quality are just right for my use at home and outside if I need to. Charging like a portable battery is also a good plus if I need to.

The sounds is great, battery is good! Sometimes I forget this thing needs to be charge. But I use it quite modestly. I haven’t used the power bank feature yet but I trust it works. Overall satisfied with this purchase.
