Small in size, but great in taste. Easy to operate. Reduced the stars as you need to purchase necessary accessories like milk cup in adition.

We mainly got this machine to use with decaf beans because my husband can not have caffeinated coffee. He loves decaf non fat lattes so we use the Espresso feature daily. Took us a number of tries between grind, strength and beans but we think we have that part down.

This is a great machine. Already had a larger Jura version for another location but was looking for a smaller footprint. Coffee just as good but ideally suited for a situation that does not require as much space.
