There is a serious design flaw with this microwave. The light under the hood is in the back and does a poor job of lighting the front of the stovetop. It does do a great job of lighting the back wall. I am exchanging this one for one with better lighting.

This was easy to install, however, I'm not sure why they would put the blower in backwards, forcing you to move it around. Works great. Don't like the "lines" in the door of the microwave as it makes it look wet inside, but that's only a minor complaint.

I'm surprised at how much I like my new Kitchenaid microwave. Things I like the most: the time display is bright and easy to read; the 30 second button which you can push for each 30 second interval of cook time; the handle is substantial and doesn't show finger prints, the dark gray interior with...

The microwave is great. Very easy to use with simple key pad. Heats evenly, and the fan is very powerful keeping the cooktop fumes out of the house.

This microwave is ok. It does the job. 2 issues. 1st it has been almost impossible to locate a charcoal filter. 2nd the alarm to let you know things are done is loud and annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit a few months ago and are very satisfied with both performance and appearance. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. The fan is a little noisy but there are multiple settings and it's less annoying on the lower speeds.

Would highly recommend this microwave. The sensor feature is amazing. Has a lot of pre-programmed buttons and menus to make cooking easier. Both interior and exterior are easy to clean. Also much quieter than my old micro. Love it!

This microwave is fantastic. Pops popcorn perfectly using the popcorn button, warms up leftovers PERFECTLY, no hot or cold spots because it has a sensing feature. Even warms up left over rice decently. And the defrost feature is great and works really well-no random cooked spots or frozen spots.

We like our new M/W very much, but have two qualms- first, the metal swinging 'flapper' door on the back for the wall-to-roof vent makes noise when the fan is on high. Second, the display has gone dark three times on us in spite of having the energy saver option selected to "Off".
