This is a nato style band, but it is not an actual nato style band. It is designed to look like one, but does not function like one. The problem is Samsung made a marketing error to believe that there are lots of smart watch users who are used to wearing nato style watch bands.

I bought this watch to monitor my heart rate when walking. It is very helpful for that. I'm still discovering what else the watch can do. I've tried the body composition function but it didn't seem accurate. Maybe I didn't do it correctly. Anyway, I'm happy with my purchase.

Excellent purchase, the watch works perfectly for what I need it for, I have used the training app and it works very well, on the other hand it is also very customizable which I really like, based on my use I can say that the battery is lasting me a little more than a day.

Purchased and been using it for a few days now - its a good smart watch however Samsung could have done better with the battery life. Using it in activity tracking mode together with LTE on drains the battery quiet quickly.

Almost 2 weeks in. Horrible battery, less than 20 hours doing nothing. It has recorded less than 2 days of sleep when it works. Weather doesn't update unless you have a Samsung watch. I'm a master tech. Tried everything. Dud watch. Lemon

Great watch has everything you need on a watch and more. wanted it to monitor his steps, sleep, stress level and heat rate.

This is the third one I have bought. Updated to newer versions. Love this product and will buy again.

Nice band, but the clasp fell off in about 3 months - so I'd say questionable durability. FYI, the band is meant to be long and loop back on itself to mimick the look of canvas watch straps used with standard timepieces.

I like that this smart watch gets me out moving. makes me more accountable to my self. Makes it easy to track not only my sleep, but my average activity levels and since im in the samsung health app i am now tracking my food intake and all kinds of stuff.
