It's really cool looking and the color is fabulous but the design isn't that great. Example: it's not easy to fill the reservoir with water; I can only pour about 3/4 into it from the carafe and then put the rest of the water into a glass and fill it up that way.

It’s super cute but that’s about it. I don’t like that when brewing a half pot, the warmer doesn’t stay on. It’s difficult to pour the water in using the pot bc the top doesn’t open far enough. And it splatters on my backsplash. Messy! Very disappointed bc I really like the look.

I like hot coffee. I literally have to put my coffee cup into the microwave after pouring it from the Smeg. It comes out warm at best. Cute design, but the company needs to replace the internal water heater with a more effective one.

It's nice to wake up in every morning and have coffee ready for you instead of going to Starbucks

This is a lovely coffee-maker. It makes great coffee, but the lid doesnt open wide enough to put water in the tank. It spills all over the place. I had to get a special water-pourer to put water in the tank. Otherwise, its a beautiful coffee-maker.

Hard to see water level reading. Have picture on bright kitchen light to see it.

Smeg has got to take the prize for design if you like that art deco style but more importantly it brews good coffee and keeps it piping hot for an hour but then shuts off for safety. I had a different brand that brewed good coffee but didn't keep it hot at all and was very disappointing.

I like the brand and quality. I am so happy with the purchase and how they were packed. It takes time to get how much coffee should be used to give you a medium coffee. It also has a coffee spoon.

I bought the coffee machine for my Airstream, love waking up to the fresh coffee smell. The style and design add that pop of color to the decor. The color red is perfect.
