I had them for 2 years, but then one day the hinges broke out of nowhere. Happen to my wh-1000xm4 too. The sound is fantastic. If u guys fix the issues with the hinges become to delicate over time, they would be fantastic.They also feel uncomfortable if u have to wear glasses.

At moderate levels of background noise, these cans eliminate everything. But I was on a flight yesterday in the back of a plane by the loud jet engines, and more noise got through than I expected. I was a bit disappointed. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought these bc my old sony xm4 partially broke . I like these new xm5s a lot but they fit a little differently than xm4 which has taken some getting used to. In particular when im wearing glasses I get a lot more rubbing noise on the sides if I make a slight movement.

Frankly, I'm very pleased with these headphones. Excellent sound and good battery life. The feature I like the most is the ability to be connected to several devices at the same time. The sound switches from one to the other very easily. Of course, the 2 sources don't play at the same time.

These headphone are not the upgrade I expected they turn off unexpectedly while listening to TV. I have tied to repair the and it keeps happening

I have bought this after trying couple of other brands like Sonos ace, Bose qc ultra, AirPods Max. Still with new versions of the other brands didn’t sound better that this. I waited to buy next model xm6. But Finally bought it because they are not releasing this xm6 this year.
