Moving from a Plantronic RIG800 under DOLBY ATMOS to this one. I have nothing negative to say about this purchase. The build quality is top notch. The sound quality is there, I'm on "NAHIMIC" for sound management. The foam/fabric is a plus for comfort and durability.
